It is sprayed with industrial strength fiberglass. Many of these boxes are already in use with great satisfaction. The enclosure is approximately 1.1 Cu. Ft. Fits perfect as seen in picture. It is designed for a 10" subwoofer and flush mounts to the enclosure. It can be modified for a 12" sub and it will fit surface mount.
