100 % fiberglass It is sprayed with industrial strength fiberglass. Many of these boxes allready in use with great satisfaction. The enclosure is approximately 1.1 Cu ft. Fits perfect as seen in picture. It is designed for a 10" Subwoofer and if you use a 10" sub it will flush mount to the enclosure. It can be modified for a 12" sub and it will fit surface mount.
